Product 03Voice Sales & Marketing Coach Agent

The best sales coaching happens in the ten minutes before and after a meeting. Nobody has time for it.

Sales Mentor is a coach agent that talks — by voice — with sales and marketing teams before and after meetings and activities. It gathers preparation and debrief detail, asks deepening cross-questions grounded in your company culture and sales rule set, catches cultural and procedural mismatches, and carries every conversation forward as context for the next one.

Sales Mentor — Voice Sales & Marketing Coach Agent

Why it exists

The problem underneath.

CRM notes are written after the fact, under time pressure, by people who would rather be selling. What gets typed is a sentence. What actually happened in the meeting — the objection that landed, the stakeholder who went quiet, the commitment that was never quite made — stays in the rep's head until it is gone.

Voice changes the economics of this. Talking for four minutes in the car after a meeting costs nothing and produces ten times the detail of a typed note. Sales Mentor takes that call, and because it is a coach rather than a recorder, it asks the second question: who else was in the room? what did they say when you raised pricing? what did you commit to?

It works the same way before the meeting. The agent knows your sales-follow-up rules and marketing rule sets, and it checks preparation against them — not as a compliance box, but as the kind of pre-brief a good sales director would give if they had time for every rep, every day. Over accumulated conversations it learns the team: it sharpens preparation, closes recurring blind spots, and surfaces where the process is being skipped.

Fit

Who this is for — and who it isn't.

Most vendors only answer the first half. The second half saves everybody a quarter.

A good fit if

  • Your CRM notes are thin and you know the real detail is being lost
  • You have a defined sales methodology that is inconsistently followed in practice
  • Your team spends significant time in the field, where voice beats typing
  • You want coaching capacity that scales past what your sales directors can personally give

Probably not if

  • Your sales cycle is transactional and high-velocity with little to debrief
  • You are looking for call recording and transcription of the customer meeting itself
  • Your team is small enough that the sales director already coaches everyone weekly
FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Does it record the customer meeting?

No. Sales Mentor talks to your own team before and after the meeting. The customer conversation itself is not recorded or transcribed, which avoids the consent and compliance burden that comes with third-party recording.

Why voice rather than a form?

Because forms get skipped and voice does not. A rep will talk for four minutes in the car; the same rep will type two lines at 9pm. The richness difference is not marginal — it is the whole product.

How does it know our sales process?

Your sales-follow-up rules, marketing rule sets and cultural expectations are loaded as context. The agent checks preparation and debrief against them and flags divergence, so the process is reinforced conversationally rather than enforced through mandatory fields.

Will the team accept it?

Adoption depends entirely on positioning. Introduced as a coach that saves them CRM work, it is welcomed. Introduced as a monitoring tool, it is defeated within a month. We recommend the former, and the reporting design supports it.

Which languages are supported?

Turkish and English are both supported natively for voice interaction, including code-switching between them mid-conversation.
