Product 01Autonomous AI Agent

Your shared inbox reads itself, decides, and starts the right process.

Dispatcher Agent is an autonomous AI agent that monitors your company's dedicated email addresses, reads both the message and its attachments, decides which business process it belongs to, and starts that process in your CRM or ERP — or completes the action directly. Every step stays supervised.

Dispatcher Agent — Autonomous AI Agent

Why it exists

The problem underneath.

Every organization has inboxes that quietly consume people: claims@, orders@, support@, invoices@. Somebody opens each message, works out what it is, finds the attachment, keys the details into another system, and routes it onward. It is high-volume, low-judgement work — and it is exactly where the cost of a mistake compounds, because a misrouted case is discovered days later.

Dispatcher Agent removes the keying and the routing without removing the judgement. It reads incoming mail the way a trained operator would: the body text for intent, the attachments for detail, the sender and history for context. Then it calls the right function — open a case, create an order, update a record, request a missing document — and reports what it did.

The important design decision is that every function is generic. There is no organization-specific code to write and maintain. Your process definitions live as configuration, not as a bespoke build, which is why a deployment measures in weeks rather than quarters and why differing ERP and CRM landscapes stop being a risk.

How it works

Input, decision, output.

The full path a request takes through Dispatcher Agent — nothing hidden in the middle.

Input

Incoming emails

Customer and business mail landing in dedicated company addresses, monitored continuously.

Input

Attachments & documents

PDFs, images and scanned documents read via OCR — Chandra and Paddle OCR for difficult scans.

Action

Function call

Selects and calls the correct generic function based on content and context.

Action

CRM / ERP process

Starts and drives the relevant process in your existing system of record.

Action

Direct execution

Completes the required action itself when no human decision is needed.

Capabilities

What it actually does.

01

Intent extraction

Reads the message body to determine what is being asked, not just which keywords appear.

02

OCR on attachments

Scanned documents, photographed forms and PDFs are read and their fields extracted.

03

Generic function library

All functions are designed to be organization-agnostic — no custom coding per deployment.

04

CRM / ERP integration

Differing back-office landscapes pose no risk; the agent integrates through a thin adapter layer.

05

Supervised execution

In constant dialogue with the model, every step is traceable and can be held for human approval.

06

Exception handling

Ambiguous or low-confidence cases are escalated with the agent's reasoning attached.

Fit

Who this is for — and who it isn't.

Most vendors only answer the first half. The second half saves everybody a quarter.

A good fit if

  • You run shared inboxes that receive more than a few hundred structured requests a month
  • Requests arrive with attachments that today must be opened and read by a person
  • You have a CRM or ERP that already holds the process — the gap is getting mail into it
  • You need an audit trail showing why each item was routed the way it was

Probably not if

  • Your inbound volume is low enough that one person handles it comfortably
  • The decisions require negotiation or relationship judgement rather than classification
  • You have no system of record to route into — the process lives in spreadsheets
FAQ

Questions we get asked.

How is this different from an email rule or a classic workflow tool?

Rules match patterns; this reads meaning. A rule cannot tell that an attached PDF is a renewal notice rather than a claim, or that a politely worded message is actually an escalation. The agent reads the document, weighs the context and chooses a function — and when it is not confident, it says so instead of guessing.

Does it act without approval?

That is a configuration choice per function. Low-risk actions — opening a case, logging a document, acknowledging receipt — typically run autonomously. Anything with financial or contractual consequence can be set to require human confirmation, and the agent presents its reasoning alongside the request.

What happens to our email data?

The agent is deployed inside your own infrastructure or your preferred cloud tenancy. Message content is processed within that boundary, and retention follows your existing mail policy. The approach is aligned with KVKK and GDPR requirements.

How long does a deployment take?

Because the function library is generic, most of the work is mapping your processes and connecting the adapter to your CRM or ERP. A first production process typically runs in weeks, with additional processes added incrementally.

Which languages does it handle?

The underlying models are multilingual; Turkish and English are both handled natively, including mixed-language correspondence, which is common in Turkish corporate mail.
