Service 04Technical Depth & Simulation-Based Training· 2 Day Training

Everyone in the room has an opinion about AI. Almost nobody knows how it works.

An intensive two-day training workshop spanning AI's history to its future, its risks to its strategic opportunities, and its foundations to a working enterprise roadmap. LLMs, Transformers and MLPs are visualised through interactive simulations; RAG, MCP and Agentic AI are conveyed with real scenarios and live demos.

Advanced AI Training — Technical Depth & Simulation-Based Training

Why it exists

The problem underneath.

Decisions about AI are currently being made by people whose mental model comes from press coverage. That produces two symmetrical failures: overestimating what the technology can do, which wastes budget, and underestimating what it can do, which wastes years. Both come from the same gap.

This training closes the gap by showing rather than describing. Neural network foundations are taught through simulations you manipulate yourself; Transformer attention is visualised rather than derived; RAG, MCP and agent architectures are demonstrated in setups close to production. The result is not that participants can build these systems — it is that they can evaluate a proposal to build one, which is the decision they actually face.

Program scope

What the program covers.

01

History, Risks & Opportunities

The birth and evolution of AI, the turning points up to today, and the risks and strategic opportunities that follow from them.

02

AI Transformation Roadmap

A step-by-step roadmap for enterprise AI transformation and the critical points to weigh before deciding.

03

LLM · Transformer · MLP Foundations

How AI actually works — model architecture and foundations visualised through interactive simulations you drive yourself.

04

Live Demos & Real Scenarios

Live demonstrations that make abstract concepts concrete, walked end to end with real-world use cases.

05

RAG · MCP · Agentic AI

Hands-on usage of RAG, MCP and agentic architectures in live setups close to production.

Fit

Who this is for — and who it isn't.

Most providers only answer the first half. The second half saves everybody a quarter.

A good fit if

  • Your leadership or technical team is making AI decisions on press-level understanding
  • You want depth without requiring participants to write code
  • Previous AI training left people no better able to evaluate a proposal
  • You have a mixed audience of technical and business people

Probably not if

  • You need a hands-on coding workshop — the Python agent workshop is the right one
  • You want a one-hour awareness talk rather than two days of depth
  • Your team already builds production LLM systems
FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Who is this for?

Technical and business participants together, which is deliberate — the value comes from both groups leaving with the same mental model. No coding is required, but the content does not avoid technical substance.

How is it different from the executive program training?

The executive curriculum is oriented toward governance and decision-making. This is oriented toward mechanism — how the models work, why they fail, what the architectures actually do. Deeper technically, narrower in scope.

What are the simulations?

Interactive visualisations of neural network training, backpropagation, Transformer attention and related mechanisms, manipulated live during the session. You can see one example publicly in our AI Lab.

Is it delivered on-site?

Yes, on-site is preferred for the workshop portions. Remote delivery is possible with reduced hands-on time.

Do participants get materials?

Yes — the simulations, demo setups and reference material remain available to participants after the training.
