Your developers are using AI. Nobody has changed how the team works around it.
A six-day technical program that moves software teams to AI-assisted development. From Claude Code training to repository-level architectural transformation, from autonomous workflows to automated testing and security — we rebuild the engineering practice around the tools, not just hand out the tools.
AI-Augmented Coding Consultancy — Technical Service & Engineering Transformation
The problem underneath.
Individual developers adopted AI coding assistants immediately and got faster. The team did not. Review is still manual, tests are still written last, architecture still assumes a human types every line, and the CI pipeline was designed for a world where code volume was limited by typing speed. The bottleneck moved and nobody moved with it.
This program works on the practice rather than the tooling. We train the team on Claude Code in their own project, then restructure the repository so an AI agent can work in it productively — clear boundaries, readable structure, tests that actually gate. From there we design autonomous development flows, embed test-driven development as a working habit, automate code-walk and review, and set up pentest and security testing with automated CLI processes handed over to the team.
What the program covers.
Claude Code Training
Effective use of Claude Code for developer teams — practical, hands-on training inside your own project rather than a sandbox.
Repository-Level Architectural Transformation
Restructuring existing software projects into an AI-workable architecture with VS Code, Claude Code and GitHub.
Designing Autonomous Workflows
Designing self-operating development flows where agents carry work between defined checkpoints.
Establishing a TDD Practice
Introducing test-driven development and embedding it into the team's daily habit, not just its documentation.
Automated Code-Walk & Review
Automating code-walk and review processes for consistent, fast quality gating at higher code volume.
Pentest, Security & Automated CLI
Setting up pentest and security testing alongside automated CLI processes, and transferring ownership to the team.
Who this is for — and who it isn't.
Most providers only answer the first half. The second half saves everybody a quarter.
A good fit if
- Your developers use AI assistants individually but the team process is unchanged
- Your repository is hard for a new human to navigate — which makes it hard for an agent too
- Code volume has increased and review has become the bottleneck
- You want the practice transferred to the team, not a dependency on us
Probably not if
- Your team has not started using AI assistants at all — start with the workshop instead
- You want us to write the software rather than change how your team writes it
- Your codebase is small enough that process overhead would outweigh the gain
Questions we get asked.
Is this Claude Code specific?
Primarily Claude Code, with Codex as an alternative. The architectural and process work transfers to any agentic coding tool — but the hands-on training is tool-specific, because generic training does not change behaviour.
Six days seems short for architectural transformation.
The six days are working days with your team, spread across the engagement rather than consecutive. The transformation is done by your engineers in their own repository; our role is direction, review and practice transfer.
Do you need access to our codebase?
Yes, for the repository work — under your own access controls and, where required, on your own infrastructure. The training portion can start before access is granted.
What if our team resists this?
Resistance is usually about ownership rather than tooling. The program is designed so your engineers make the architectural decisions and we support them, which is why the practice tends to survive after we leave.
Does this include security?
Yes — pentest and security testing setup with automated CLI processes is part of the program. Deeper adversarial testing of AI systems is covered by the separate AI Red Teaming service.
