Your board needs to make AI decisions it has no framework for making.
An end-to-end six-month consulting and training program designed for executives and decision-makers. From awareness to organizational structure and technical decisions, we run your AI transformation alongside you — establishing the committee, training the leadership team, and staying in the room when the decisions get made.
C-Level AI Consultancy — Consulting & Training Program
The problem underneath.
Most AI transformation programs fail in the same place: the strategy deck is excellent and nothing changes, because no one inside the organization owns the decisions. There is no forum where AI questions get resolved, no agreed way to evaluate a proposal, and no one whose job it is to say no.
This program starts with that structural gap rather than with technology. We establish an AI committee, shape it into the right form for your organization, and then sit in it — participating in meetings, supporting the agenda, evaluating proposals and helping translate strategy into technical execution. The training builds the shared vocabulary the committee needs to function; the advisory keeps it functioning after we introduce it.
What the program covers.
AI Committee Setup
Establishing a committee to govern AI decisions inside the organization and shaping it into the right structure for your governance model.
5-Day AI Training & Workshops
The history, evolution, risks and opportunities of AI — an executive-focused curriculum with live demos and hands-on workshops.
Committee Advisory & Meeting Participation
Active participation in committee meetings, with continuous advisory support across agenda, evaluation and decision processes.
Board & Technical Decision Support
Discussing decisions with the board and guiding the translation of strategy into technical execution.
Continuous Trend Tracking & Briefings
Tracking new developments in AI continuously and presenting them to the executive team in regular, clear briefings.
Who this is for — and who it isn't.
Most providers only answer the first half. The second half saves everybody a quarter.
A good fit if
- Your board is being asked to approve AI investments without a framework to evaluate them
- You have pilots running but no governance connecting them
- Leadership vocabulary around AI is inconsistent enough to cause bad decisions
- You want an outside party who will argue against a bad proposal
Probably not if
- You are looking for a single training session rather than sustained involvement
- A committee already exists and functions well — you may only need the training module
- You need hands-on implementation capacity rather than governance and direction
Questions we get asked.
Is this training or consulting?
Both, deliberately. The five-day training exists to make the advisory work — a committee cannot evaluate an AI proposal if its members do not share a working understanding of what the technology can and cannot do. Training alone changes vocabulary; advisory alone changes nothing without vocabulary.
Do executives need technical background?
No. The executive curriculum requires no technical foundation. Concepts are taught through live demos and interactive simulations rather than mathematics. Technical depth is available separately for engineering teams.
What does the committee actually do?
It becomes the forum where AI decisions are resolved: which proposals proceed, on what evidence, with what risk posture, and who owns the outcome. Without it, AI decisions get made by whoever spoke last.
How much of your time do we get?
Continuous involvement across the six months — committee meetings, board discussions, briefings and ad-hoc advisory. The cadence is agreed at the start and held.
What happens after six months?
Either the committee runs independently, which is the goal, or the engagement continues in the lighter Fractional AI Officer model.
