Service 06Security Health Check & Reporting· 3 Day Health Check

Your AI systems have never been attacked by someone trying to break them.

A three-day security health check, training and workshop tailored to your AI systems. We stress-test your existing automations with prompt injection, data-leak and jailbreak scenarios, audit your telemetry and observability stack, and deliver an end-to-end detailed security report at the close.

AI Red Teaming & Security — Security Health Check & Reporting

Why it exists

The problem underneath.

AI systems were shipped fast, by teams under pressure, using patterns that were new to everyone involved. Almost none of them have been adversarially tested. The failure modes are unlike traditional application security: a prompt injection carried in a document, an agent tricked into calling a tool it should not, a RAG system that returns content the user has no right to see.

Three days, structured as training then testing then reporting. The team first learns the mechanics of LLM security so they can maintain the posture afterwards. Then we red-team the systems actually running in production with real attack scenarios. Then we audit whether your logging and observability would even have shown the attack — which is where most organizations discover their real gap. The output is a report with findings, risk levels and a prioritized action plan.

Program scope

What the program covers.

01

General Security Training & Workshop

LLM security fundamentals for the team — hands-on awareness of prompt injection, data-leak and jailbreak risk.

02

Prompt Injection · Leak · Jailbreak Tests

Red teaming with real attack scenarios, testing model and agent resilience against malicious input.

03

Review of Existing AI Automations

A security review of agents and automations already running in production, identifying the weak links.

04

Telemetry & Observability Check

Auditing whether logging, monitoring and observability are in place, and surfacing the blind spots.

05

Detailed Security Report

A comprehensive report covering findings, risk levels and a prioritized action plan.

Fit

Who this is for — and who it isn't.

Most providers only answer the first half. The second half saves everybody a quarter.

A good fit if

  • You have AI systems in production that have never been adversarially tested
  • Your agents can call tools, write to systems or read sensitive documents
  • You are in a regulated sector and will need to evidence AI security posture
  • You suspect your telemetry would not show an attack if one happened

Probably not if

  • You have no AI systems in production yet — design review is more useful
  • You want continuous monitoring rather than a point-in-time assessment
  • You need traditional application pentesting rather than AI-specific testing
FAQ

Questions we get asked.

How is this different from normal penetration testing?

The attack surface is different. Traditional pentesting looks for injection into code paths; AI red teaming looks for injection into instructions — text in a document that redirects an agent, a prompt that extracts the system prompt, a tool call coerced through conversation. Existing pentest coverage does not extend to it.

Do you test against our production systems?

Against the systems that matter, under a scope and rules of engagement agreed in advance. Where production testing is unacceptable, we test against a faithful staging environment.

Why is telemetry part of a security assessment?

Because undetected is worse than vulnerable. Most organizations we assess would not be able to tell, after the fact, that an agent had been manipulated. That gap usually outranks the individual findings in the report.

Is the training part necessary?

It is what makes the report actionable. A team that does not understand injection mechanics will close the specific findings and reintroduce the same class of flaw in the next build.

What does the report contain?

Findings with reproduction detail, risk levels, telemetry gaps and a prioritized action plan — written to be worked through, not filed.
